On September 6, 2019, the flag and the name of the vessel MV LIANG HUI was changed in SIHANOUKVILLE port, Cambodia. The Hong Kong flag was replaced by the PRC flag and the ship's name was changed to MV SILK ROAD LIANG HUI.
